Brief
To create an office asset in Astana that attracts tenants through the quality of its environment, engineering and controlled operating costs rather than through discounts. The key requirement is economics proven before construction begins.
Concept
The layout is built around a flexible floor plate so the building suits both small companies and large tenants. Engineering systems are specified against total cost of ownership: priority goes to solutions that reduce operating costs across the building's service life.
Delivery
The asset is in delivery. The company acts as client-side manager: running design and approvals, tenders for the works packages, and control of budget, schedule and quality on site.
After completion
After completion the asset moves into our own management: operations, tenant services, cost control and owner reporting. Actual figures will be published once construction is complete — we do not publish numbers that do not yet exist.
